Joining forces with other senior women increases your realm for ideas and possibilities. If you don't find a grouop that is ap[pealing to you, start one. You've probably heard the saying "if you build it they will come", the same thing can be said for the group. "If you start it they will join."
You might try a new hairdo, new wardrobe, put on a little make-up. Enjoy yourself, be free, spend some time alone getting to know you.
